The Eaton Area Joint Planning Commission is an intergovernmental planning agency established pursuant to the Michigan Joint Municipal Planning Act by agreement among seven participating townships within Eaton County, Michigan.

Excavation, construction, erection, addition, structural alteration, relocation, or use of any building, structure, or land regulated by this Ordinance shall not be commenced or undertaken until a Development Permit has been obtained from the Zoning Administrator.
